Saw it in the theater last year. was not impressed.

Saw it on HBO last night. I like it a little better because I've seen several
Youtube videos that explain the movie - and what some things that were
never brought up helped clarify it.

It was okay - I guess good, even.. but Alien will always be the best
of the series, IMO.

It was okay. I didn't think it was as terrible as everyone said, but I hate how it didn't follow Shaw and David to the engineer planet.

POTC Dead Men Tell No Tales - 5/10
Jack is still one of my favorite characters but for me the series past the first three has taken a steep nosedive in quality.
Loved seeing young Captain Jack's humble beginnings in this but that's about it.

All opinion of course, but I thought Javier Bardem's character alone blew away anything in the rest of last year's offerings.

Salazar and Jack were cool but both wasted on a movie about the last days of Barbossa who found his daughter who is now in love with Turner's son. Yes, the movie was as uninteresting and disappointing as that sentence sounds.
