They really did; deceptively simple but easily some of Sideshow's best and most ambitious work in 1/6.

Not to mention $60 a pop is a hell of a deal

Thanks man, very happy with how Vader turned out. Was a bit of extra cash, but not much given how much better he looks.

And Sideshow really did an excellent job on the droids; not an easy design to pull of well in 1/6.

That was Customikey; he did a great job on him

Battle Droids look great Jo, and no "oh snap" on yours? Good.

Yep, nothing broke... but after seeing some of the reports I was pretty careful with how I moved the joints and where I held onto them to get them initially freed up. The shoulders and necks were where particular care needed to be taken.

I think you'll be pleased Batty... but do try to warm them up first and work the joints (especially the rotating shoulders) gently until they move freely.

Nothing was stuck on mine (except for one neck), but I they were so stiff I could definitely see snapping them w/just a little bit of force.

I think you'll be pleased Batty... but do try to warm them up first and work the joints (especially the rotating shoulders) gently until they move freely.

Nothing was stuck on mine (except for one neck), but I they were so stiff I could definitely see snapping them w/just a little bit of force.

I'll definitely be warming them up...especially after reading what happened to a few others.

Thanks, I actually have it... and while the flare of the back is nicer; I just didn't care for it overall. So I stuck with the Sideshow dome.

I ended up sanding down Vader's forehead in order for it to sit right, but once that was done it ended up looking great. :
