I have a regular and bought a regular even though I could have gotten a DX at the time. I did glaze over the "coat" detail, but no biggie I don't think I was expecting but can't remember. I just remember I didn't feel the need to have the screaming head. It would be great if I could buy and unpainted head or a coat separately and for say a 25% premium, but not going to lose any sleep if I can't. It's a little petty when people try to keep others from having the same extras (although they will swear up and down they aren't--one of the childish things about this hobby) but that's the way it goes. I don't support arbitrary increases in edition sizes, because a sold out set should mean sold out. However things that can make the DX set more valuable unique should be the numbering, COA and a better value for the package. Sure having an exclusive head or accessory is no different than Sideshow EX, except that a Sideshow EX costs the same as a Regular. Folks who order earlier and directly through SS are rewarded if the value increases. Personally I see no problem with making a limited number of head sculpts or overcoats available at a 25% or even 50% premium. If folks really want it they can put their money where their mouths are, and those who have the DX can be satisfied they got a better deal. At the end of the day it's up to Denny to try to figure the best balance and collectors to accept.

The Cowboy was an entirely different experience due to the fast sellout through VIPs and glitches in the ordering site. Again a good way to remedy would be to offer unpainted hatless heads for a 25%-50% premium. And again if it doesn't happen I won't lose any sleep.

That said, looking forward to more Iminime releases down the road. They keep getting better with each release in terms of quality and artistry and are tackling more diverse characters while HT keeps churning out Iron Men, which is why they have quickly become my favorite custom 1:6 company.

:yess:

normal was 70 limited, we shipped out less than 40~

thanks

Denny

by looking at the Certificate .. how can we tell if the figure is a DX or regular ? .. i dont see any mark says DX version or anything !

is it by the edition size ?

would you please explain this Denny ..

PS: I've also pre-ordered a DX Cowboy .. is it gonna be same as WSK cert not mentioning if the release is a DX or Regular ?

Thanks

Not sure if the regular sets are like this but it says "deluxe full figure" next to the edition number.

I designed those CoAs... The DXs have blood on them as well as mentioning it being a DX. The normal has no blood and mentions Full set

No idea mate my guess is it got C&D'd immediately! I thought it was strange Denny would even consider Star Wars the license is owned by Disney who are notorious for protecting there products ruthlessly!
