Would it really be that much lower from a first generation head, though? I'd assume it would have about the same level of detail as the original at that point.

The Cowboy Edition is completely sold out both DX and fullsets so it should be left alone.

Wallstreet is not sold out and the certificates do not specify a set number of DXs individual of fullsets. Its all lumped under an edition of 60, so we have grounds to ask for an upgrade.

What's that got to do with the price of Tea in China? Wall Street DX is sold out. What are you saying? That, if I wanted to, I could buy a regular and automatically get an upgrade? Hell, if that's the case, I'll cancel my Cowboy order. Anyone want to trade a DX Cowboy for a DX Bateman? I might be able to help you.

I understand, and I appreciate that you are so understanding, but, at the end of the day, this sort of thing should either be applied in an all or nothing manner. It's unfair to those who have missed out on other products, and I feel that, especially in a case such as this, where it's a matter of people changing their minds over people legitimately missing out due to technical errors and a variety of other issues, it should be, at the very least, considered for others. I agree with PopCultKid, it does open a can of worms, but, perhaps this sort of thing shouldn't be applied so discriminately.

Im a regular set owner, and I really like the DX Sculpt, but I passed on it and could of easily ordered it, my loss, and the same should apply to others, you had your chance at DX, whether it sat there and you just hesitated or passed on it at the time ie Bateman DX or site malfunction or missed the PreOrder time ie Cowboy DX, every thing listed everyone dealt with, no one got special treatment (besides vip, thats justifiable). Sometimes being on time and clicking fastest is the name of the game and part of the hobby, thats the way I see it anyway.

The way I see it is somewhat similar. It should be indiscriminate. If you want to upgrade one, others should be allowed to upgrade, as well. Otherwise, it's only right that it shouldn't apply to some, but not all.

I am trying my best to listen as much as possible. but sometimes, it's very difficult.....If I just say no...or negative answer, some customers could get upset, I am trying it gently.

the original plan : no more dx and leave it as it is.
==>then, I got some messages and emails from DX owners that they were cool and open to some other normal owners to upgrade...

I thought that...they were very open and even asked me to do.

that's the reason I tried to listen as many as opinions.
but my intention is only to care as many customers as I have.

what I see here....it causes confusion and argument event to other releases, I have decided not to do.

The rules were made for a reason, once it said SOLD OUT, well its sold out, I applaud your customer service coming here talking with us and of course sometimes having to make tough decisions.

I'm just curious because it seems that people asking for the upgrade are more interested in the coat than the sculpt and it sounds like Denny's only thinking about the sculpt; that's the way I'm reading both sides unless I’m confusing things

Because if he was just talking about the sculpt alone then the whole thing might be a watse of breath

I think I have some can be upgraded if people agreed and want.

few more extra heads can be given away later as event in a couple of months.

I am fine with whatever decision made if that is better for any customers and fans.
I didn't plan to do this, but as many are requesting this, I had to consider. but I will listen to DX owners first.

C'mon bro, you know I'm just messing around

He extended it and that's how I got on to begin with (thanks to Mags ). IMO he extended it the right time that respected the "rules"

I really think that most people wanted the upgrade for the overcoat; if the coat was never a consideration then I don't think people will be too disappointed with your decision

I'm a VIP member and I had no advantage. I was right there, the second the Cowboy DX came up and had it in my cart and lost it something like fifteen times. People who are not VIP members were able to get one the following day. Tried again the following day, no luck.
