I really did not care for that one.16 years for me. Catch Me if You Can.
I really did not care for that one.
But I really like "The Terminal". Such an oddball, I know.
$53 million opening in the US, global debut stats below from a box office analyst, looks like this will be a big hit worldwide. I think it pretty much made its entire production budget back already.
"Massive $61.7M opening wknd for #ReadyPlayerOne in China - biggest ever for WB there. $128M total intl opening wknd putting global debut at huge $181.2M. Germany and Japan still to open. $500-600M worldwide run possible."
edit: (wasn't sure if I could post links to twitter, the analyst is @GiteshPandya)
Another Jumanji 2?
I liked War of the Worlds (at least the first half) but it was a bit of a mess and not true Spielberg (although it had some great camera work).
I loved Minority Report -- mostly for the amazing tech predications (besides the weird pool people and the wood balls).
Is Minority Report the film that started Spielberg's obsession with blue/grey colors, the white lights, and dull visuals?
Same here lol, means a lot more to me than "real" critics featured on Rotten Tomatoes.Still all the goodwill in this thread has my curiousity piqued... I wasn’t planning on it but I may just have to check this out!
Tho it should've been a longer scene. At least 30 seconds longer.Mechagodzilla!
I don't really care for Gundam but it was very exciting to see MG vs Gund fight.
It was redeemed by the fact that it was related to game's mechanic, and...I got sad when he started shrinking back into a normal avatar. lol
Incredibly blown away by how amazing this was. I envy not being an 80s kid.
Wait, does that mean your not an 80's kid and wish you were, or you're envious of those who are not 80's kids?
I meant it as the former lol. I questioned it as I wrote it
I thought you meant that, but figured I'd go for the easy LOL.
