Honestly; M..U.S.C.L.E. figures are very difficult to clean... often times paint and other things like ink will sink into the plastic/rubber making it impossible to fix.
The chemicals you're using will also likely seap into the figures causing them to stink worse than a $3 whore. As for value they are usually about $.25-$1 a piece depending on how many you have... averaging on the lower end.
