Just called Sideshow today about my Red Skull Ex. Replacement. To make a long story short: It was fullfilled and it's on its WAY!!!!! (Hopefully, it will arrive in one piece this time.)

Where do I begin?!!? :maul

The BLACK cane had a WHITE chip on it. (So it stood out like a sore thumb.)

And of all things, the "cross" over his chest pocket was MISSING!

Then add that to the fact that Sideshow has ran out of replacements for this piece (of all PF's, you never would have guessed)! Oddly enough, the customer service reps at SS told me (before this whole incident) that they didn't expect ANY issues with the piece. So I affectionately call this piece "Stealth Jr."

The only issue with mine is the base. There's a few (6-7) paintchips on it, really small one's but a couple stick out a bit when you look at the base.

Holy crap, how does this happen, I looked at my base and I believe it looks fine, I'm tempted to look at it again but it was perfectly minty mint! I don't understand why all the disasters!?!??!

Or so that's how the story goes.....No one knows for sure. The only evidence that was left behind was a small golden coin.....

With all the minor problems RS has, makes me wonder about how many Thor could have? Are you guys finding the chips in the box? If not, it's could be a QC thing. I sorta wish there was a thread dedicated to all the common problems SS marvel Pieces have had over the years.

Good question. I hope they don't have this many problems with the Thor PF or the IM 1:1
