Mine was shipped but I'm in Denali National Park. Hope it doesn't get stolen.

You should be good.

I believe the policy is someone has to sign for it or it gets taken back to the shipping department in your area. I believe they do 2 or maybe 3 attempts before leaving a slip for you to go pick it up from them directly...so you should be fine.

Hurry the **** up Monday! Never wanted a Monday to get here so fast

Sent from the Cockpit of the Millenium Falcon

is the base hollow?

cus that's a deal breaker.

It wouldn't surprise me. As I said, the Joker PF is rather hollow and also has a hollow base. We can't expect much from SSC pieces nowadays. They seem to be cutting every corner they can to cover their bottom line. The old days of quality and solid SSC pieces, are a thing of the past.

Two words...
Gladiator & Hulk.

Although he isn't cheap by any means and there has been some moans about the skirt.

No ****...Gladiator Hulk is not light

Pieces like that seem few and far between from SSC nowadays. Too many eggshell pieces (Rhino, Apocalypse, Joker, Hulk Maq, etc...) for my tastes. I was impressed with the Bats PF (he has some nice heft to him) and G Hulk is obviously another winner. I honestly don't need my statues to be solid but I don't like when they feel so cheap. I LOVE my Apoc PF. However, even his head was hollow. When SSC goes that route with their pieces, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I think the Hulk COM was a nice compromise between having a solid and hollow piece. Pieces like that I wouldn't give a second thought to as far as quality is concerned, even though they aren't solid pieces. These egg shell pieces will always seem cheap to me.

Couldn't believe it when I saw the hollow Apoc. head. We expect a hollow base & torso but arms, legs and portraits should be solid.

I've got a sturdy table ready for G.

Regardless of weight RS is looking really good, even the eyes look awesome. Great when SS deliver.

Yeah, as much as I love the Apoc PF, it does scream cheap to me. Of course, when it's on display, it looks KILLER. That piece gets A LOT of attention from my friends and family. Deservedly so.

I agree with you 100% on Red Skull. The PF looks phenomenal and the eyes on both portraits are evil and menacing. I get him on Tuesday but barring QC issues, I already know this PF is a winner.

493 here turned out great

You cannot remove the coat because they didn't put any mix media on his arm. Well detailed base really hard to decide because has the best mix media but fugly head sclupt but the new has 2 awesome head sclupt and good mix media.

While this piece looks awesome, I now see why people collect Hot Toys. If the whole statue is in fabric, there really isn't a difference in appearance. Scale wise there is, but that's it.
