I guess that goes full circle cause if it wasnt for you and Darthmagnus' Myers video, I wouldnt be even collecting horror stuff.
I kept avoiding it for the longest time, but I after wathing your videos over and over, I finally said, I have to have a horror shelf.

Grats on Leatherface and a great price too. The good thing about the leatherface is that its one of the cheapest, coolest looking figure you can get.
I believe I got mine also at the same price, loose.
Once you're done with the mods, it looks like an expensive custom figure.

I have to warn you though, Leatherface is actually the creepiest figure I have, lol.
There's still nights where I wake up in the middle of the night, and I stop by to look at my figures, but I avoid looking at leatherface...No joke.
He can be very creepy in the middle of the night.
I think that's one of the reasons back then why I didnt want to collect horror in the first place.

Aw, man! That's what I love about this hobby! Everyone can learn and be influenced by others to get the most out of this hobby! I certainly hope I can get mine to look as creepy as yours! That's what I love most about how yours turned out! So freakin' freaky! LOL! Leatherface is my least favorite of the horror guys, but he is just as iconic, so I'm glad to have scored one to add to my group hopefully in time for Halloween! My wife hates these horror characters, so I try to keep them hidden and more out of site from her! It's like my stash of 1/6 porn! LOL!

Indeed, this is a great community, definitely, learned a lot from reading people's tips and seeing other people's mods.

You're a great artist so I'm sure yours will look great man.
Oh, and you're lucky to have a great wife who lets you collect them even if she's not too fond of them.

Whew, seems like I havent updated in forever.
Havent really been in this section for awhile as I havent acquired any new stuff lately.
Got Cap the other day. Very impressive figure.
I sold my Thor cause I want the Avengers version better, hope Hot Toys ship him soon so I can complete the Core Avengers Group.

Hey Rem! Great looking figure and of course, amazing photos! Love them! That Capt looks so bad ass I can't wait to get mine! Congrats! Wow...!
I used to have that Hulk statue, but sold it recently to fund the official HT Hulk later on... I really did like that statue too even though it wasn't quite to scale.
I just noticed I was one of the last people to post here and it was about the Leatherface repaint your did. I have since repainted mine and I'm happy with the results that were much inspired by what you did! I never did finish it as I still need to do the rest of the body...extra blood splatter, weather the clothes, etc.
Anyhow, just wanted to say "hi" again and comment on the great photos!

You were the only other person I know who had this hulk. I remember seeing it in your collection.
I was originally gonna sell this also cause I was gonna display the avengers in the museum case I've acquired but I was only able to get 2 of these display case and decided to use them on my only 2 1/4 scale figures so now I'm limited to display the avengers in my detolf.
Ung...I still want that ht hulk though, just have no room.
Definitely want to see your finished leatherface so hope you post it in the horror section.

Thanks Dane. I'm glad they did provide an Evans sculpt cause I'm not too fond of the helmet for the Avengers.
Agreed, I wish they would have chosen a neutral face, but fortunately, this sculpt is not bad at all.

After a long break from the thread...
BAM....Just like that, back to back posting of figures.

Got the Medi Spidey also.
Surprisingly, this is a very underrated figure, everyone is so focused on Hot Toys ignoring Medicom, but with what HT has shown, I prefer the Medicom.
I'm keeping my pre-order for Hot Toys just in case it is majorly tweaked, but if its close to their proto, then I'm cancelling HT and stick to Medicom.

I almost cancelled my PO on HT cause It looks to anime type to me. But, like you, I'm keeping an eye on it just in case they do some drastic changes. But if going by HT's trend lately, I would be surprised if HT does indeed tweak it drastically...just look at the DX12. Great figure but needs tons of mods. HT had every opportunity to change it but didnt. I think the only change we'll get is a better likeness of Garfield, but I"m not planning on displaying him maskless.
I do love this Medi Spidey though, I dont know what it is, but it just looks very cool, like a neat fun figure. The proportions to Garfield is almost spot on.

It may be just in pictures, but to me, I think its very close to the material in the movie. It really looks cool though in hand.
