Thanks guys. Like i mentioned this was alot of fun to repaint. Hot Toys just did a great job with this one. There are so many different ways you can do his makeup as well. I can always go back and lighten up the drips. Just thought it added for a bit of effect. But always appreciate the feedback.

Someone had asked for me to post a before and afer shot so here it is. As mentioned Hot Toys factory paint really wasnt terrible by any means.

The hair is certainly a dramatic improvement. The factory paint looks like seaweed.

You obviously have high standards. Please post an example that you'd consider a better or more "special" repaint of this sculpt. At least then you'd offer something constructive.

Really talented but it's not to my taste. I don't like the obvious drips, would prefer the black area to be a bit bigger. I think the whole thing maybe has too much orange in it for me - a stronger red around the mouth would probably be good too.

To each his own Thanks for all the feedback. There is alot of different ways to portray this character. I can always go back and make the drips less noticable. Will i.... probably not cause that is how the person i did it for wanted him to look. I will probably do other versions of him however. Just alot of possibilities

You're both wrong.

Fry is wrong because he should'nt just say "Meh...is nothing special" because that doesnt tell the artist ^^^^. You have to elaborate, and not being downright rude.

And Plasmid is wrong because just because someone doesnt like something, doesnt mean he has to do better. Thats just silly.

As for the repaint itself....aside from the drips, its exellent.
