Silent Hill was a masterpiece compared to the three (now four) 'Resident Evil' crap-fests.

Resident Evil has better acting, and has a better replay value. Silent Hill just fell apart after the second viewing. Beautiful looking film though.

Whatever, It's not like this really does much to hurt the game franchise...

Not everyone that goes out to see the movie is going to buy the games...some will, and thats a great thing...both for business and for them to see how great the actual games are. Ultimately, the films have done well enough to warrant 4 movies and thats good. They are silly movies...maybe in 20 years they will be bad enough to develop a following. I personally enjoy seeing them because of how rediculous they can get. It's fun with the right audience. I try not to take movies like this too seriously.

Leon is my favorite character and I don't give a ____ in a pillow case if they make him wear a pink bandana around his neck...It's apples and oranges with this stuff.

there goes billy buzzkill again.. I'm hoping there will be zombies and beasts in this one up the assload. Considering the entire world is overrun with zombies and she's going after the HQ of Wesker and crew. Escalation. Movies gotta get bigger better, and even more retarded then the last.

What beast. The only monsters you will see is ganados and mutant dogs that split apart in eye popping 3d.
