To get the figurine that requires all "S" on the chapters, is that on one difficulty??? Or can I get a mixture of "S"s on different difficulties?

You have to get an S on all chapters on one set difficulty.

Hmmm, because 5-3 on normal is really kicking my @$$. I want to do it on amateur and get the rest of the "S"s on normal....BUT, I don't want to do everything all over again if I don't have to.

Yeah, same as any other difficulty.

But the grade you get really doesn't get you anything besides exchange points? I mean, there are no figurines or achievements with it?

Well, as long as you've unlocked everything.

No, I got every single campaign achievement and none of them had anything to do with the grades.
