That doesn't mean a thing. That article is crap "But if the fans really clamor for it; if there's a groundswell of support for remaking that game, then I think that's something Capcom would take under consideration."

People have been clamoring for it since they remade the first one. That's just their way of saying "we know you want it but aren't gonna do it now if at all."
