Is not even necessary to know about that file...

those two are really cold to each other, in RE5
the thing that dude says in Revelations, forgot his name..

"Maybe he is already taken jessica.." is the closes thing we ever had, if two protagonists get to have a relationship in a Resident evil game it would be something new..

wow, I forgot he was involved in Outbreak and Veronica.. no wonder why I liked those games so much

I think he missing in Resident Evil franchise is a shame but.. that not the reason the series changed so much with 5 or 6

I don't know why but at some point in 2005/2006 RE5 zombie killing concept changed.. I would like to know who ruined the original concept of a that game, it could have been the best Resident Evil ever
(and make the series stay in its place)

Haha. You know, if I was a little more gullible, I would probably believe that. Seriously, Chris needs to slim down. I wish they had taken RE5 in a different direction. I miss Shinji Mikami, Resident Evil needs him.

If you watch early re5 trailers what they shown was much better than what we got.

People were getting sick of the old re formula hence why resident evil4 was born with non zombie enemies. I remember it well. People thought resident evil was boring with the same premise.

You know that the RE6 zombies are recycled from a RE5 concept right.. RE6 zombies are not boring, so there is no good reason to change them for those annoying/retarded majini..

zombies were going to be part of the first half of the game, then it was about fighting creatures like hunters and solving puzzles, it just sounds like a good evolution of RE4

But is seems capcom wanted an "intelligent" enemy that could follow you through the entire game

Thanks Project_A! That's a shame, I agree with him though. It would be nice to see Capcom reach out to him for future work on the series, but just don't see it happening.

:(

The first trailer already was WAY different form the concept, no zombies, no Barry, no T virus to name a few.. ohh and no night time

Zombies and limited ammo are more enjoyable to me personally than a ton of ammo and an onslaught of enemies to kill. Though I do enjoy RE4 Mercenaries.

Yeah, Capcom definitely seems excited by intelligent enemies. I guess given that the game was always about creating BOW the zombie aspect was going to fade over the years. :(

Hate the shooting aspect . I wanted the maiji to infect the people to the point of insanity. Something like bio shock but this in America and like New York or something. No guns just crazy people like in re4.

The spanish guys of RE4 are so funny.. so funny that they made me laugh many times, the cool BOWs are the special thing about RE4.. the Regenerator thing is still unique, we need more of that

Actually I don't mind a game without zombies.. the chapter "Lost in Nightmares" made me think about that, a Resident Evil with creepy BOWs following you could work

The majini were cheap, it looked like they were made in a rush, they look like normal people.. at least I wanted to see grey skin something more zombie like

If they can't find a way to make zombies a better enemy then its not a bad idea to take them out, get rid of the plaga type enemy and put some ugly BOWs a few rational bad guys (I'm tired of insane people trying to destroy the world) and thats it

But.. I still read retarded comments in youtube about J'avo, stuff like

"those zombies can shoot and stuff!! cool!"

wtf, there is a lot of people that LOVE that type of enemy I don't think capcom will get rid of them

After 5 people were already bored with the Plaga enemies. People wanted the zombies to come back but since Capcom listens so well we got a new virus and the J'avo. It's like seriously... Wtf! Now people love the J'avo they're the same as the Majinis just mutated and they carry guns. :lol

Why is Capcom listening to the wrong fans?!?!?!

Cause they are the *******s who buys the game samething with the movies as well.

Alot of the old school re fans walk around with a huge chip on their shoulder and blindly hate anything new. And vow to never buy the new games. Or atleast until they are on clearence. So why would capcom even entertain trying to please the people who havent liked the franchise in 8 years? Why would they try to grab back the small minority holding out for an old school RE game rather than putting their efforts into making the game fun for the people who are actually going to buy the game. And may i also add, that more people buy the games now than they did when they were survival horror so why try to appease the smaller portion of the consumers?

The older games were better. The new games sell more. Our *****ing is futile. We are essentially asking a business to make less money by making a better product. And thats not going to happen.

They may throw is a bone here and there which is nice of them but were not getting a survival horror game again unless its some side game or a Remake.

I don't hate this game, I just don't like it. It's okay if you love it. The game play is just a mess of other games out there, but whatever hopefully RE7 won't be too repetitive and instant QTE. You can't even explore and admire your surroundings.

Those are even worse than the "new fans" and as an elder RE fan, I like all the resident evil games (ORC no) I even like the movies, sure there is stuff I don't like but just because I don't like it doesn't mean its bad, I think saying 'everything new sucks' is the most childish thing that someone could ever say

Those people think the know what horror really means yeah.. but actually horror means different things for different people, they think running on a jpg and killing 20 zombies in a 60/90 minutes game with a repetitive gameplay is horror lol and what they say when someone brings that up??..

'back then that was horror'

yeah sure.. BACK THEN so... MOVE ON!! GROW UP!! :gah: :rotfl

I LOVE those games, RE1 was the first game I ever played but... I know that is in the past and I accept that, I am the real minority, I'm in the middle, a hybrid fan between old RE game lovers and RE4,5,6

Seriously I have problems thinking about a good combination of action/horror, some survival horror mechanics are too old, and capcom obviously think it won't sell
RE5 sold more than RE2 I think..

:goodpost:

But I do have to say I think the newer games are more entertaining and fun than the older ones.

I noticed somthing weird with Leon. its like everytime he talked or is about to he tilts his head to the side.

I think he wants a nice looking statue to represent re 6. But typed as a statement :-/

Id love to have HT Leon and Chris pointing guns at each other

Enjoying this game very much.
I hope HT makes RE6 Leon or Helena. I like their campaign a lot!
I'm fine with my RE5 Chris.
