I actually want to watch the movie he's going to be in where he looks like this. He plays a serial killer or something, and the creators are actually fans of Resident Evil, so the resemblance to Wesker was a conscious effort.

Yeah it should be interesting. Been following him for some while on Twitter now and a week or so ago he was asking fans of RE as to the fine details of Weskers look so maybe he is planning to do a convention as wesker, or just randomly dress up as him for some pics i dont know. but it would be cool to see him fully done up
