I think it's time we all just admit it's a mediocre game. That it's yet another game that feels like Capcom is using to "test the waters".

It lacks replayability. It's really only fun the first time. So i don't blame all those people just youtubing it. I hate that they do it...but I don't blame them

Quick question guys- I just got into the cottage after leaving the house, I know from reviews that there are different types of enemies around but is the game primarily focused on hide and seek and simple puzzles like the first 2 hours? I'm not really a fan of the hide and seek gameplay since I feel like it surely will loose the scare factor on repeat playtroughs.

Cottage? You mean with the bugs? Yeah, hide a and seek is a big part of it unfortunately. Resident Evil shouldn't be a stealth game.
