Well, they're official products, we're not hurting anyone's feelings, unless you're actually from HCG? The stuff in here are customs made by fellow board members. A bit different.

You should see the Ada vs. Assassin's Creed thread for needless and ignorant bashing.

No, there is no "need" for respect, only a "should."

No, but you're certainly not helping your case by doing the same as those who are. So far as we know, we are being adults about it. Well, like any adult who would bash a statue that doesn't meet their eye for detail or accuracy anyway. You're right about Project's Claire head not being the best, but there are at least two ways to have approached it:

A) Be a **** about it (like you did)

B) Merely mention its ugliness

All your choice, no one's making you fight this non-existent battle.

I haven't really been keeping up in the HCG forums, but did someone disrespect you personally? Constructive criticism is cool, I certainly don't mind it. But the way you handled it toward a personal custom is like I said, a bit different in this case and can be personal.

I'm not here to police you or anything. By all means, bash away. You can take a look at my custom "dolls" and have a laugh riot while you're at it, but if you're gonna insult my stuff at least do so with some constructive intelligence

No its nothing personal, just continual negativity by the same people expressing the same negative opinions. After awhile it just gets tiresome and it's like "ok, we know you dont like the piece, give it a rest and let other people who do like the piece, enjoy it."

Believe it or not, people do want to come on here to enjoy something like everybody does and is not looking for a bash out.

I apologize to Project. He got caught in between my cross hairs and was the least trollish of the bunch. I do kinda feel bad, and honestly the point of all this, was that I can be as critical as everybody else about a line that I like and dislike something thats not done the way I like it to be and keep pressing it.

No worries, I understand what you mean. I guess I can relate in some ways just going off the ignorant remarks in the Ada vs. Assassin Creed thread. It's different when you have fans of the franchises bash the products than ignoramuses bashing it and demanding more Batman because "there isn't enough." Better to have fans dislike it because it doesn't meet their views as opposed to Joe Schmoe coming out from under a rock to express his distaste

I see it as its a custom done by someone as they see the charcter in there eyes we can like it or not but who really gives a **** as long as the person who made it likes it that's all that counts. Am I right or am I right ? Also what's the hgc forum located i would love to see more re customs . Never been there before

It's a thread right here in the Video Games section. People, mostly fans, are bashing the recent statues because of their imperfections (paint job, sculpt, proportions, etc.).

I have Nemesis. He's awesome. And Alice, the details on her are fantastic, but that discussion is for the HCG thread. lol! Just careful. It's a frikkn jungle in there. Be ready to get torn apart in there

I love Kiva's and Project's customs but I will say I am in agree-ance about the female heads. Not that there's much choice for the better
