I would like to, and I honestly think I would be better at sculpting than I give myself credit for. It's just not in my budget right now, I can only afford to buy collectibles and not the supplies needed in creating customs :(

Have you sculpted before?

Using Leon's plant is a brilliant idea. Aren't their loose ones on eBay?

These are not the Enterbay plants but I think they will do.

I haven't, but I've been sketching since I was a toddler and I've been studying up a lot on anatomy lately. And I think it would be a easy path into going the three dimensional route of art.

Speaking of which, I might do some sketches tonight after work. If any are RE related I will post them :wink1:

Damn that's a great Jill, her equipment is spot on :)

It shouldn't be too difficult to make some mixed herbs, I think wax paper would be perfect for the base with a colored grain of some kind to make up the herb.

This is what I have:

Those Archives books are perfect for reference since they are so picture heavy.

Whenever my girlfriend is able to find a job (since the economy is in the toilet) I might start sculpting out my own customs.

I think I could do pretty decent sculpting even though I've never done it... but as for painting I KNOW I will be terrible :slap:rotfl

What i did for the base, get a shallow metal trey, put a sheet of a4 paper in it... then make a cup of black tea, let it cool down and pour it into the trey, take the paper out after 2 minutes, let it hang until dry then just cut it up into appropriately sized segments (and fold each one in 4 then unfold it)

but i got stumped when it became time to actually have the herbs on it! I just scrunched up some green paper but it looked naff

I was never a big fan of sculpting, it can be stressful trying to get it just right.

Can you spot the sculpting?

Plus, I think I bought the wrong sculpting materials. :dunno :lol
