well if there isn't new customs or discussions on topic, just let it rest a while until new customs or discussions come up, there's still lots of active threads you can post or spam in like PS4/XboxOne <insert game title> topics. By spamming totally unrelated gif/jpg you are actually burying legit works & discussions.

but this thread seems a good place to spam gifs etc, in the end it all depends on who "owns" this thread. if everyone is happy spamming gif here just let it be. but please not in Metal Gear Solid Custom thread.

the customs are very few and far between, the reason gifs were posted in the first place was because it was very slow moving. Gifs being gone is not the reason the thread is boring. Dead threads were being artificially kept alive and they all had the same conversation. The gif ban is whats best for business.

Why don't you guys make a thread in the off topic area and title it "Video Game Section Shenanigans" or something?

well we have around 40 hours of Metal Gear Solid cutscenes that they could have made their gifs from to make it look like on topic, yet they chose gifs that has no relation to the game.

If you actually look at the threads opened, you'll notice there isn't really a need to since there is usually a collective thread, most of them has the troll & bait characteristic in them & usually followed up with troll & pointless posts & closed probably by reports to mods. Knowing that they kept opening similar new threads, ends up being closed, thus giving them a reason & thus entitled themselves with rights to shout out "FAVORITISM", "THIS IS UNFAIR", "TOTALLY BIASED" complaints.

It has happened before, so what's stopping it from happening again? I also wouldn't be surprised if this post, and the several others prior to it get deleted as well.

This place just doesn't feel the same anymore. I would have retired from posting on SSF, but a good buddy PM'd me last night and encouraged me to start participating again.

But, if I get banned, you guys will most certainly know.
