very...very carefully lol I started with a grid i didn't take any pics....I have issues of not doing that sadly I get to involved with doing it I forget. If you've ever seen anyone doing hand lettering tho that will give you an idea. Then I tried to use use a paint brush and I paint minis like for DND and Pathfinder so I have some tiny brushes...but even they failed me....what I ended up doing was using a pin that I have for sculpting. its basically a needle I would dip into the paint and every slowly and carefully while wearing magnifying glasses with a light on them I then also used a magnifying desk light and that was able to get me clear focus. Then I started "painting" aka dabbing the tip of the pin and slowly carefully painstakingly.....lettered it..Lightly at first then slowly built it up once I was happy with the lay out. Which took....hours lol. Pro tip tho don't worry about the counters aka the insides of the letters like A and D I just painted those solid and then went back later and added in the same red I used to paint the vest to fill in the counters. I mean...all in all it saved me from spending insane money on a resident evil vest but jesus I don't think I do this for every vest I plan on making lol. I also did have a black! I had a grey black and a glossy black which looked horrible....I had to mix them. it was daunting to say the least. Being as you already have the letters tho man just get you a needle test your black paint and dum it down a bit til it matches and then get lost in the work...time will fly by lol. How'd you pull it off? Been thinking of ways to darken the same letters on my Forest Speyer vest for a decade now lol
that is amazing man!
I'm surprised that she actually looks exactly like the promo photos. I'm assuming you didn't order yours from TNS?This isn’t a custom, but I wasn’t sure exactly where to put it. I just received the Patriot Studios 1/12 Lady D figure and she’s pretty good - has a great shelf presence.

As a figure she leaves a lot to be desired, but the sculpt is fantastic.
I’m glad they went with a sculpted dress, although it does kill articulation. The removable dress gimmick is awkward - I wish that tooling could’ve gone to an ab crunch instead - it sucks not being able to pose her crouching through a doorway. Double jointed elbows would’ve been helpful too - especially since she includes her cigarette holder, and posing her adjusting her hat isn’t possible.
The alternate head is pretty useless - it just looks dead. I wish they would’ve included a raging, tooth-gritting head instead.

Still a good sculpt - I’d like to see the eyes, eyebrows, and makeup repainted. The smirking head is definitely the way to go, IMO.
I hope they do the rest of the Four Lords + Mother Miranda. Heck, I’d even like to see them go back and make Jack from REVII.
Very nicely done. Not long ago I ordered a Ray Stevenson head for my own Barry project, exciting times.Had to go with bearded berry like the OG art heh second time sculpting on 1:6 scale heads does it look uniform and natural?

yeah was thinking about getting another head and making a revelations berry....but if I do that....I may try to sculpt an entire head for that. Because while Rays head is perfect for younger berry I think its to masculine for old berry he's more gaunt I think in revelations. That will be later down the the line tho next up I believe will be Chris or Ada haven't decided yet.Very nicely done. Your likeness here is perfect for Director's Cut style Barry, not to mention an ideal canditate for a Revelations 2 figure.
Exactly the way I did mine. Not a fan of Capcom's inconsistency to be honest.yeah was thinking about getting another head and making a revelations berry....but if I do that....I may try to sculpt an entire head for that. Nice man those look good! I've been pondering making my own holster for berry as I can't find anything that looks perfect lol and I have a bunch of leather working tools and experience but I've also never attempted to make anything in 1:6 scale before. That and I'd also have to make the latches and rings from metal which I'm also confident I could do.....but price I could buy one like you have and that looks really good and I could save myself the time. Prob is there's only one of those I've been able to find for sell and it's costly for what it is. Like all things 6th scale heh. Any advice?Exactly the way I did mine. Thanks! I've thought about finding someone to custom make a new one since mine's "skin" has started peeling via typical pleather problems. I honestly can't remember the figure it's from but it's from an old WWII figure. "Major" something or other.Nice man those look good!
