I'm hoping that the powerhouse of military figures that is Damtoys. They give us a decent Re8 Chris offering with the tactical gear.

I give that likeness resemblance more numbers out of 10 than are in existence! lol
I wonder though, what makes someone in production look at a photo of these two side by side and go "Nailed it!"?
This has gotta be a joke right? Maybe this some sort of payback for all the **** WtRC got? lol

Also, at first I thought this was by CCToys and I couldn't figure out wtf they were doing. Then I took a closer look at the name. lol
I don't know if this is 7CC's first figure, but it's probably not how you want to enter the world of collectible figures.

I think they have used that dodgy AV Tomb Raider movie head from a few years ago.

It looks even...less accurate than the promo photos? It looks like he's squinting too much or something.
I know Chris is kinda goofy looking in Village, which could make it more difficult to make an accurate head sculpt. But man, MT sorta missed the ball on this one.
I dunno, maybe it'll look better in hand?

Saw online that someone said damtoys is going to do something about the knee joints before release.

Oh yeah, I think it was Kit who mentioned it.I didn't think Damtoys actually bothered listening to feedback, but I'm glad they're doing something about it though. Hopefully I won't need to buy a separate seamless body for an already crazy expensive figure.

it's slightly worse than DAMTOYS Leon. Some of the straps and belts are finnicky, the helmet is kinda cheap feeling, and it's slightly innacurate to the game Hunk. Outside of that, it's actually great. I just wonder if teh reissue will fix some of the accuracy issues on the figure.

damn a buddy of mine was after Hunk, do you have any idea if anybody else is getting this reissue or if anything changed? He's excited but broke since nobody expected this to happen.

Yeah seeing Claire now and the reaper aka hunk reissue, I’m considering getting back into the RE line. The Leon from remake was great and I missed hunk before, now with the reissue I’m considering getting 2 reapers to make a display sucks how expensive they are for each of these. Ideally I’d like to have classic Leon/Claire and remake Leon/Claire. And my reaper soldiers.
