Yes, I just paid my invoice as well. It's the MT-015 and is the version shown in niekgrijz's post (minus the body) directly above yours.

Thanks for the help! Based on the screenshot by Random_Retard it looks like it's the version with the movable eyes.

I used that body for my Jill custom, I'm going to swap out the body for a S17B for Jill and use the S12D for Ada

This makes me wish I would've gone with the SW or SD version instead. Even still, other than Dam's Ada, the others just all look very mediocre. And even Damtoys Ada is pretty average as far as quality goes.
The RE franchise has become nothing but a quick buck for these manufacturer's. What a waste.

I bought two Damtoys Ada to go with every pair of Leon and Claire and I have preordered Ada, Leon and Ashley from MTToys RE4

If they really wanted to make a quick buck they should just release a Wesker figure finally. Doesn't even matter which version. It surely would sell well.
I really don't understand why no one ever goes for him....
But we get zombies and the minotaur and chainsaw guy... I love all that, don't get me wrong. But I'm sure Wesker would lure more buyers in...

Im a little confused. I remember MT saying they would rework the sculpt or atleast fix the hair? The hair still looks wonky to me. As far as likeness goes I think their first headsculpt got closer. I didnt end up ordering this or any other version of RE4 Ada. I dont have much room in the display, I’ll only make room to display two of Ada if the figure is great. And this is not quite it. Also extremely expensive for an outfit set that you’ll have to buy an expensive phicen body for.
