Hm I dont think the sculpt is good enough of a repaint to warrant a new figure, but if they offer a version of just her throwback dress and all of the weapons ill probably grab it.

Im glad I didnt pay the superduck one in full. This is exactly what Ive wanted from master team. More accessories!! I feel really bad for everyone that bought the first kit now. It’s a bit scummy to release a 2.0 when your 1.0 is barely released.

I’ve got all the accessories I could need. I will probably pick up the normal head though. That’s assuming MTToys has two brain cells to rub together and actually offers an upgraded head separately. This buying full figures **** is really getting on my last nerve.

Was able to find Ashley for $135 shipped off Aliexpress. Ive decided after looking at pictures this new Ada looks overall improved and Ill probably get rid of my current set to get this double pack.

I wanna say they improved the shape of her eyes, as well as some much improved paint, of course.

Hoping this one also comes with no body. I hate these bodies they choose, in these photos her shoulders are ridiculously broad with those thin long ass legs.

Might just paint the mouth light pink to cover up the small open mouth gap.

Does anyone know if this is two versions or just one? Like they could have a standard version with the alt dress and accessories for those who got the 1.0 and a deluxe version / double pack which comes with the main outfit for those who missed the 1.0.

Also does anyone think Leon and Ashley will get the same 2.0 treatment? Possibly an infected version of Ashley with the SG pistol no laser and an island version of Leon in the vest?

Personally I feel cheated as I got the original release, but I’m not mad. It was a pain to put boots on the body and I gave up. I hope this figure gonna come already dressed in her regular outfit. Definitely gonna preorder. Sculpt looks slightly altered and more accurate as well.
And yes she comes with a body.
Comes with two sculpts.

According to Kits description she comes w a body. I feel the same way about the body. I’m pretty sure it’s the S12D again. S17B is so much better for Ada. Would’ve preferred no body as I have no use for this disproportionate body but oh well. It’s a fairly cheap set considering she comes with a body worth $60 alone, as well as the amount of accessories, second outfit and second headsculpt.

MT needs to step up their quality control. The wristpeg on mine broke almost instantly and one of the arms is defect and won’t bend, a sharp piece of metal sticking out the elbow.

For $229, I’m sorry…but I’m gonna pass. If they wise up and sell the heads separately (with rolling eyes), we’ll talk. Otherwise, I’ll wait to see if some are listed on eBay. It’s just a shame that all these companies aren’t wise to this whole game. You could completely cut out the middleman and offer up the heads separately right off the rip.
