Honestly this statue proves how good MT sculpt is. Looks very similar imo. Paint won’t be nowhere as good when it’s released.

It's so true. I'm looking at my MT Leon and he looks remarkably like the P1S sculpt, even down to the same two expressions.

Personally I disagree I think the hair on the P1 statue is far superior to the MT sculpt, not to mention the open mouth sculpt actually adjusts the jawline/ face shape unlike the MT.

Even tho it’s a statue it actually has a right knife holding hand and those glove textures far beyond the MT figure.

It’s really night and day difference for me… maybe that’s why I’m hoping MT takes another crack at Leon with a 2.0 to finally get it right.

Hard disagree. I love my MT Leon. But the Prime1 is on a level of its own. Final product turns out pretty similar to promo, their Last of us 2 statue is fantastic qualitt.. Sculpt wise it’s also way better, hair especially but likeness as well.

Im happy with my 1.0. It’s a very nice looking figure. But if they were to do a 2.0 with revised headsculpts like Ada I would be so on board.

As Fatcatthings said these are totally different mediums to compare but similarities are there. MT did a great job, while lot of people complained about likeness. For sure Prime 1 is more sharp bc of the scale and paint. Once the statue releases it's about time till someone shrinks it down to 1/6 as they did with Superman sculpt lol

Prime got hair color right tho.

I agree. I’ve been super hard on MT but I do think they have delivered the best 1/6 Leon figure to date… it’s just still a lot of room for improvement.

Revised hair, changing the face shape of the open mouth sculpt. Add texture to the glove hands along with a knife holding hand and magnets to attach the shotgun to Leon’s back among other changes will help take the MT Leon to the next level

So I’m all for a revised 2.0 or someone else tackling Leon… I’d love to see what Dam or Lim could do.

The 1/12 Limtoys RE2R Leon is by far the best Leon figure Imo

Just got Master team Ada in! Took 1 and a half weeks to get from Chicago to Missouri...thanks USPS for being more incompetent than a corpse!

Anyway, figure looks nice! I wish there was instructions because I hate putting stuff together

Which body is recommended for the long sleeve look? I really don't feel like taking everything off the sock body because the pain of undressing and dressing a seamless body is a b1ch, last time I tried was getting the hot toys comic concept Wonder Woman armor onto a TBLeague body. I gave up being gentle and just cut everything up and duck taped it in the back

Oh yea, I agree lol. I’m never doing seamless again. Is there a particular body that would fit the head and clothes just right? I don’t want to buy one and it doesn’t fit.

Worldbox At201 pale + large worldbox ankle extenders from Aliexpress.

Scales perfect with Leon and proportions are spot on. The boots fit right away, no modification needed. The only mod I did to the body was shave the nipples off with sandpaper. You could sorta see them through the sweater (pics are from before i did that).

I noticed that on taller bodies like the one she comes with, the boots end up looking too short. There should only be a small gap between where the boots end and the sweater starts. The At201 looks perfect.

For those using the Worldbox body for Ada and are frustrated with the boots not fitting, I'd recommend trying these boots.

The zippers work good, but they look like they were designed for a body with some thickness. lol

Also got my spare cheongsam from Ali.

Also swapped the sweater and shoulder harness on my MT harness from the SD kit. I like the SD sweater and color better.

Updated my RE3 Jill to an S17B body to match my new RE1 Jill. While doing it, her faux leather boots flaked off. I ended up peeling it all off and redoing it with leather vinyl and leather/vinyl paint sealer.
