I think the fact that Wesker always had a plan. He was always calm, cool, collected. he planned for every eventuality. He took down Umbrella from the inside. Co-created the T-virus. Secretly worked with Birkin for the G-virus. Lured the S.T.A.R.S Alpha and Bravo teams to Arklay mountains. Had Ada infiltrate the organisation. He still planned on her turning. He was the background player throughout the whole of RE4. THE player in CV.

And then he gets tentacles, a glowing orange SHOOT ME HERE thing, goes crazy, has a horrible voice (RICHARD WAUGH IS ALBERT WESKER. END OF), and is basically a stereotypical MWAHAHAHAHAHA villain who dies at the base of a volcana whilst his opponent punches boulders yet he can only use mutated tentacles, and is blown away by two rocket launchers yet took nearly 100 bullets and/or grenades.

That ____ is just not right. The man who illustrated from the beginning the fall of umbrella and the rise of the biological weapon, dies in a ____ game in a ____ way in a ____ volcano.

Anyway, why didnt Neo/Wesker just speed dodge the rocket launchers? All that crap about his epic matrix speed and dodging then he SUDDENLY walks slower than a tyrant towards you.... da fuq yo!

It was pretty clear that he was immobile and was dead weather he got hit with the Rocket Launchers or not once he was stood in the lava shooting his arms towards the helichopper. The only reason they were really fired was just to make sure he didnt take The heroes with him in his death. Dont forget the injection he took slowly unbalanced his abilities too. He had them briefly in the plane but they may of been totally gone by the time he became Uroborowesker. His super healing was also gone by the time he was in the Plane.

Loads of which, are at this very moment, hidden between your mattress and boxspring. :lol

No end to Wesker was ever going to satisfy me, that's just the way it is. But I accepted what they gave me. As for his plans, yeah, Wesker always does have plan. And we don't yet know if any of that will factor into RE6. He obviously created a son and I'll be anxious to see how he fits in with Wesker's plans.

Wesker is cool and calculated...but every man has a breaking point, and I found that intriguing about his RE5 representation. He reached that desperate point and I enjoyed seeing his descent into madness.

The thing I appreciated most that they carried into RE5 was Wesker's eugenics point of view (the weak exist to be eaten). That's been there ever since the first Resident Evil, and I love them for it.

I love both Waugh and Douglas as far as VO actors. They both did amazing jobs with the role. Can't fault either of them.

As for the rest, Bakurenoh summed it up rather well...so read that.

Oh I don't know...when you say it like this "it took a volcano and two rockets to finally kill Wesker"...it sounds pretty boss :lol

My problem is with Wesker's death, is he is supposed to be the ultimate BOW but he still went out much easier than I would have liked. You could shoot Nemesis with rockets all day and you'll just knock him out. Blow his head off and dump him into a vat of toxic waste, no problem, he just mutates. Even that rail cannon didn't kill him completely. Wesker is supposed to be superior to Nemesis but all it took was some lava and 2 rockets to the head to finish him off....... at least for now.

Wesker was never meant to be physically superior to any BOW at all though. He merely had the intellect to not need to be out muscled by a BOW because of his cunning and the fact he was an expert shooter as he was mostly a gun guy. He only showed excessive speed and healing. A bit of super strength. He was never over the top in powers he was probably only half way on the power scheme of things its just he was a expert tactician.

He should've been launched into the sun :lecture

What I did like though, was that they didn't kill him based on skill. It was sheer luck. If that bit of volcano hadn't collapsed under Wesker's feet, it's likely he would have kept coming.

The thing is...people get desensitized to certain things. Wesker fell into hot molten lava...and was able to stand up and wade through it. Lava gets upwards of 2,000 degrees (F), yet Wesker is still standing...like a boss. :lecture and then takes two rockets to the face....no matter how you slice it, that's a lot of force being thrown your way.

I kinda wish they did that thing they did in afterlife and make him have these giant mandibles coming out of his mouth and then he suddenly turns into the ultimate uroboros idk
