Capcom would get more money if they gave us a port of Outbreak File 1&2. But no... we get rereleases of Rev1, 4, 5 and 6.

I agree with this.

I was given Rev 1 & 2 on the switch as a Christmas present.
Obviously it was a nice gift to get, but after dropping 1400+ hours into both games on the PS3/PS4 respectively I just can't see myself bothering to play the campaign again.

If I ever feel the need to play Raid mode or do the odd Weekend Survivor, I'm just going to default to the PS4 with all my rare weapons and parts, and not have to be carried by someone on the switch version because I have the worst of the worst in terms of weapons and unlockable skills

The REV games are alright. My biggest problem is that they sit in between the classic and modern RE so in the end they're neither scary or action packed enough. Yup, just no pleasing folks like me.

On the first play through Rev 1 had creepy moments, especially the first encounter with the Scagdead. What let Rev 1 down IMO was the jumping back and forth, which killed the 'classic' vibe. While the parts off on land where ok, they lacked what the area's on the boat had in terms of atmosphere.

I really liked Alex in Rev 2, but sadly it was quite a small game in terms of the campaign and it was over far too quickly.

This kind of reminds me I must dig out my PS3 and resume my campaign on Rev 1 - I only needed to finish the game on hard mode and the Platinum was mine. Of course then the PS4 dropped and the PS3 went on an extended holiday

It's just been too damn long with no news or teases or anything regarding the remake of two. Maybe it's been scrapped and it's back to the drawing board ?

I know Biojex is getting it, but is anyone else getting that kickstarter board game? I kinda hate I didn't get involved with it given the amount of extra pieces you could of gotten.

Would be nice for it to come out as a mass release, with everything included.

I think only the stuff labeled as "kickstarter exclusive" aren't going to be available after release. I think the add on packs like the Birkin set etc will be available. I think the only thing that won't be is the Gator. Because it's so big.

Not everything. I got everything that involved unique character/monster pieces and the typewriter set. I didn't get the retro cards or extra dice or anything like that. I didn't get the 3D doors either...Though I may regret that. oh well

I would think with all their crowdfunding that they just give everything to everyone or do a second run of it. There's two sets on eBay, but they don't have some stuff like the Malformations of G. I think it was one of the two pledges and that's it.

I just bought RE1 on PSN to play on my Vita but to my horror it's the dreaded DualShock version. I want my *($#ing money back!
