Well, he doesn't have a billion dollar company backing him what do you expect? For a fan project, and re-purposing the Darkside Chronicles models, I think it's great. It's not for release anyway.

I really wanted to give it a chance, but I played it (or rather, tried to play it) for 10 minutes and then I gave up and deleted it. Let's hope that Capcom at least sees the potential for Resident Evil 2 Remake from this project.

Did Hot Toys ever say anything about making RE6 figures other than that mysterious magazine scan that circulated about in early 2014? (The one that popped up shortly after they unveiled Raiden from Metal Gear Rising)
Anybody think those are figures that are going to see the light of day eventually or was it just a fan hoax?

RE2 Remake, make it so Capcom. I will buy it day 1, pre load on my console, and even import a physical copy. I don't even care how I'll get it to happen!

Well...this is Hot Toys, and a video game. Even though they milked the hell out of 5, and actually returned to 4 (For the HD Port), we don't know how they are with games in general. Batman: Arkham City is really only because Batman, and its 75th anniversary, Metal Gear is a breath of fresh air but other games...who knows? 6 also isn't that popular. The VGM line is almost 7 years old I believe, and is so bare bones.

The VGM line is always on the back-burner, it's not even funny. At least we're getting Raiden this year...

I wish HotToys was a little more transparent. I know the demand for classic and iconic movies, i.e. Terminator& ironman, is very high. But I know for a fact the gamers market is quite massive itself. I haven't seen any of the biggest video game characters from them yet, or rather the most popular representations other than Arkam Batman.

For Resident Evil we need a Resi1 Jill Valentine and Re4 Leon 2.0, from Metal Gear we need any version of Solid Snake

That being said I'm buying the crap outta HotToys Raiden and RE6 Leon if it appears (never played RE6 but live the design)

Let's hope that re6 Leon and sherry show up soon. It was Leon's best design so far. But we have this avenger movie coming out so I highly doubt we will see anything. It's like arkham all over again. They took there sweet ass time getting that figure out and it wasn't that complex of a figure.
