Who's buying the nendo? I'm not sure where to PO from.

Pay $40 + $10 roughly @ amiami, or pay $70 to ship from GSC for ex red herb...

do exclusives usually make it to ebay for cheap or nah?

I went with GSC. I'm a RE collector first and foremost so missing out on the red herb would leave a deep deep hole in my soul :lol

Since I know the games well enough I can't give a good answer since I know when there's areas of possible death from like boss events so I save before those. But maybe for you every 45 minutes or so.

In RE2 I don't even save typically, maybe at the lab turn table.

Yeah what Pliss is saying but there's quite a lot of ink ribbons in RE0. My problem is simply not knowing where to go, and then maybe running into a strong enemy but being underpowered in an area I should not actually be in. Or a boss and Rebecca being equipped with all my weapons :lol I'd say keep your save habit.

Good to know, I guess I'll try 45 minutes. I'm really not feeling the game at the moment. I don't like the controls, the partner swap or inventory management and I thought that having leeches and Sepiroth in the game just makes it feel like anime than horror. I'll try to beat the game and hopefully I'll like it, since even on the GameCube I can't be bothered to finish it. :lol

Biojex and P_A mentioned it but it seems like Rebecca's (And Billy's to a lesser degree) health got nerfed badly in the HD version. I do not remember either of them going into yellow and orange caution that quickly on the GameCube. But I do prefer the series on a Dualshock, this is a series literally designed for that.

also yeah, opera singing Sephiroth and leeches (of all things, seriously?) are just the beginning of the story problems :lol if we had RE5 Wesker he would thrust punch all those leeches and opera dude!

also I finally beat RE5 last night! I'm actually done with the main series titles :thud:

So that explains why I died in the first half an hour so quickly! :lol

Didju played RE5 alone or with a co-op partner?

Yeah it would :lol I haven't seen much on this health thing, but I really do want to compare at some point

Solo because no PS Plus...and god damn, Sheva was the reason it took so long. It really wasn't until like the gun toting enemies and lickers that I died of my own accord (Sheva got me killed once by a barrel I think :cuckoo: and herself!) and most importantly, that first Wesker fight.

It's a real tedious game, and way more difficult than REmake. It's such a convoluted trek through the entire game. I also really hate how some weapons take two slots, it will cuts the legs out on carrying any items. Overall, it's just not a fun game.

CV I think is equally is bad, since the game area is just too big for a game with the tank controls mechanic. Not to mention you inadvertently **** yourself out of so many items the first time changing characters.

Also to answer on the Nendoroid, buying that ASAP.

RE0 shows just how much the formula was aged by that point, and how it can go wrong easily. And frankly I don't understand the two weapon slot crap and 6 item slots...that's getting the worst of two bad things for no real gain. I think Capcom was desperate to shake up the formula, and failed miserably.

CV isn't as bad I think to merely play, since it's more linear and less convoluted. But the problem is scope, since it does seem like Capcom was trying to make it more cinematic in spots and have bigger areas to show off the Dreamcast's power. But the RE formula wasn't designed for that as well. Then you have the screw-yourself-unintentionally scenarios.

I'm playing a bit of RE0 and I might need some help, I totally forgot how the game is meant to be played. Am I supposed to shoot all the enemies in my way? I think I recall they don't turn into Crimson Heads, but I might be wrong.

I haven't teamed up with Billy yet and I already died, time to start a new game I guess. :lol

If you play normal difficulty most areas won't give you big problems.

just avoid going into the restroom once you reach the train wreck there's an enemy that can trap & kill you if you waltz in like any other room. There will be a point you have to go in, make sure you go in 1 by 1 and don't stop to check if there's any item to pick up coz you won't live to use them. unless you have some big guns.

you should have enough guns & ammos which you won't be able to carry all over the train wreck so feel free to use those cheap guns & ammos early.

save when you feel that you have traveled a big distance or after a difficult section. if you play on normal should have more than enough ribbons.

do you get both green & red herb for exclusive or just red?

exclusives never cheap on ebay.

you have to decide whether the extra $20 is worth for the red herb, or maybe, you can recast, or purchase 2 green herb parts online and paint them Red & Blue so you get all 3 herbs?

i've seen folks replicating the herbs for 1/6. doesn't seem too difficult with clays.

We don't have many resident evil merchandise like we use to. Back then we use to get tons of merch but once six hit merchandise is scarce . I mean we don't even have statues of stars Jill or high end figures of the old games. The hell is going on?

NECA no longer is making figures, not sure about Play Arts. HCG and HT are the only ones still making figures/statues. Then you have those other companies making 1/6 kits or figures.

Remember the old 90s figures? They made a zombie and a dog and other figures I can't remember. I think they had Leon to.
