yes Onimusha is an amazing game. I remember the Xbox version very fondly. There's money to be made in HD remakes!!! Sadly, I'm a sucker for them and bought many of the PS3 collections. I'm not sure if I'd rebuy too many of them for the PS4 though, but I do like to collect trophies.

I barely remember the 1st Onimusha, I love the story, music and characters of the 2nd, and I thought the third one was a kick @$$ action game. I never played Dawn of Dreams but I think that was in full 3D. I would pay good money for a remaster of the games and now we know for a fact that it's doable so long as demand is high.

The CG intro videos are what sold me on Onimusha, and originally the PS2. I was going to wait to buy one until I saw a video of the opening. Oh man, that game is just awesome IMO. It takes the best refinements of the RE series, adds the swordplay and demon mythology, and incredible scenery/music to make one heck of a game on the PS2 and later the Xbox.

This is the Asian released version.
And Asian version are normally based on Japanese version.
The disc case cover got another printed site with exactly same but the title name is "Resident Evil", so we can try flip it and let it become the English version...ha.

If you guy interested to get a hard copy, you can consider this version.
Because it got English subtitle too.

Congrats on getting the game. Looks like the R3 Version is the only choice for physical copies. I wished there was one for the PS4. How long does it take for Play Asia ship to Malaysia btw?

I choose the Fedex, so it just take within 1 day to arrive.
Yesterday 5pm Play Asia gimme notice about the item had been shipped, and today i got it at 1pm evening.

Very shame just now i found my PS3 had malfunction on the BD-ROM, tomorrow need to send it back to Sony Malaysia for repair.

Sad...I was expect to play this game now.

I too just ordered the special edition for PS3 from Amazon Japan. Won't be able to play it until I return home mid to late January though.
