It is region 3 but all ps3 console can play, it got included the English subtitle too.

DLC is not region free though, but you can create a PSN ID for each region for free. I have one for each region just for my imported PS3 games.

I can take or leave digital on some games, but after owning the whole series of RE in hard copy... I need it.

I don't see what the wait is for then. They just announced digital only some days ago. Capcom is stupid not to release a physical version of one of their greatest games and one of the best horror games in the United States. Even if sales aren't what they think. It's still silly to have digital only when it's physically available in the Japan and Asian regions.

Same here. I got my Collector's Edition before the price got out of hand. The artbook is so so. It's just all the rooms. They could have added some character profiles. But the map makes up for it. Really nice heavy paper print. I'm framing mine like in game. At least I think in the original, remake, or one Resident Evil game you find part of the map behind a frame.
