The outfit is only one of the outfits Alice will have in the movie. We already know she is going to start the movie with her Afterlife outfit and now we know that at some point in the movie she is going to wear this new Umbrella gear but there is a third outfit that has yet to be revealed.

This is what Milla said on twitter earlier today.
