I am working in my Indy tod custom and my raiders version. Now I have finished those things I wanted to change in the sculpt.I have tried to get the Tod Indy look.

Yes, is a cast of the head without hat from sideshow indiana jones. I have cut the up, resculpt the bear and put a reshape hat with the temple shape

You have reason but the arnie kim hs is more little. It is not on scale with the sideshow hat. I think that now the sideshow head looks good with the mod for an Indy tod version Estoy esperando a que me llegue el equipo de pistolera y latigo de Mfisher y un cuerpo con brazos musculosos flexibles para completar el custom.

Naicon and devastator thanks to both for your words. I'm not going to make more Mj repaints sorry I need to find a definite technique to it and to ensure the same level of painting in any job. Unlike make paintings of landscape or portrait, paint the figures limit me a lot and takes my freedom. The problem is that I feel uncomfortable working in this scale.

Well, a few weeks ago I did a review of my paintjob

These are my last pics. This is the actual look

I never settle for the first attempt in many of my works. I do that many times. I also happened with my repaint michael jackson thriller figure and finally got the look I wanted.

Me too. I'd love to get a Deckard from Hot Toys. Right now it's just more work than I'm willing to do to get the Brother's Production Android Hunter just right, on top of his already high price.

Devastator, this is a detail of a pic I did a few days ago when I was making pics from my Indiana jones custom. Mj was backward them. In this pic Mj looks exactly like thriller look I have in mind. Some times the pics show fantastic images

Too bad at that moment it was not the purpose of my pic because it gets the exact expression I like

If I had to create a version that I would have liked, had to be this, the hero pro version of the Chapapoyan idol from Indiana Jones

Those eyes are provissional for calibrate the effect size and look
The next steps:
-Put the final glass eyes with the correct size and clean resin for the iris and for the movement I´m going to use the same system as hot toys with his dx figures.
- Install the magnets to the back door
_ The final weathered for get it close to the original and reduce the strong light causes reflections on it.
_ Make the pedestal for exposition

Later, I will include the before pics process and the final pics with the pedestal




But I could not resist and have taken a pic with good light condition this afternoon and I have decided to make a simulation on how the idol would look with the bright of a glass eyes by photoshop :mrgreen: . I really wanted to see how it will appear when I put glass eyes

For a reference on how to approach the work and I started modeling at the base of an not SA idol , with many failures that kept him away from the aspect of the Hero pro version, the human eyes fertility idol.

With many changes and mold, and others changes on details before plating proccess.

And the I did the cast in hollow resin. with others changes . the eyelids was reviewed for a more mesoamerican look like the screen used hero prop
