was skeptical bout revol wolvy, had many revos back in day but none new for a loooong while. but wow its good hype is real, worth it for a bad-ass looking berserker ver of wolvy in collect alone i think.

plottin on DP next maybe, venom would be next but rather pricey makes me hesitate.

wish they made a sabertooth! maroon and yellow costume, fur collar. would be so bad-ass......

and as mentioned a DD would be very cool also.

I have Venom and not the biggest fan, I with they would've used more revoltech joints on him and he's very top heavy. I use the stand as basically a 3rd leg to balance him since it could never hold him in the air.

Just POed Cap from BBTS. Wolverine is in my pile of loot while I wait on a few other things this month.

I totally feel you. I just need the convenience of the pile of loot because I’m away for work once in a while and next year I will be in between places when most of my POs arrive.

BTW how is their shipping reliability/rates to US? I’ve ordered stuff from Japanese retailers in the past and had some nightmares with SAL. Worst was over 2 months to get something.

I guess that’s been another deterrent.

have never rolled dice with SAL have read similar nightmares but then see comments saying no issues but knowing my luck... will always stick to ems.

recommend the DP?

Just got my Wolverine in from HLJ. Used the cheapest option for shipping and it took 3 weeks. I think that was mostly due to the postal service here in the states.

Yeah, I’ve had a handful of problems with SAL. And with EMS it kinda evens it out. I’ve been sticking with ami ami and mykombini for Japanese exclusives. Other than that I’ll stick with BBTS and Amazon for everything else.

As far as SAL goes, it depends on how much stuff is being shipped out usually. Around the holidays, it takes forever because of all the added volume of stuff being sent out. It's taken me 6 weeks to get something around that time.

To be even more specific, I think it also has to do with where in Japan it's flying out from. HLJ/Amiami usually come from Tokyo area and SAL can take a while depending. I recently got something from Nippon Yasan and their stuff is usually sent from another region in Japan from the tracking and SAL didn't take that long. Anyway that's all just from my experiences.

I used RSAL for some Nappa SH Figs and they took almost 8 weeks. Which is unusual since I usually receive RSAL shipments within 3 weeks. As long as they got to me safe, I'm cool.

Well that’s the thing. I need to plan for receiving my shipments. I can’t leave it to a toss up between three weeks to 2 months to get a package. :impatient: Especially if I’m travelling. Which is why I stick with BBTS and their 90 day pile of loot feature with $4 flat rate shipping. Supposedly HLJ has a similar feature with 60 days. But with EMS shipping it almost evens out. No way am I opting for SAL ever again. But that’s just me. :)

I know all about hold mail. Used it for years up until some of my requests didn’t go through. that and sometimes they would still deliver even with my hold mail in place. Opened up complaints with USPS about my local carrier but I think that did more harm than good.

I know it's not an option for everyone but I usually get my international stuff sent to work, since even if I'm in the field, the receptionist or someone will be there to sign for it.

This is a fun figure!
