Has anyone seen the pilot? NBC's got it on their website, and Hulu does as well. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and the show has some serious power backing it. It was created by Eric Kripke (Supernatural FTW! :yess:), and Jon Favreau (who directed the pilot) and JJ Abrams are executive producers. If that wasn't enough, Gustavo Fring himself (Giancarlo Esposito) is one of the stars. It premieres September 17th, but here's the pilot.

It wasn't bad. My only problem is that these high concept shows quickly devolve into standard melodrama and teenage romance crap (Terra Nova, Falling Skies). The unusual setting is eventually irrelevant, and could be taking place anywhere, anytime.

This starts tonight for anyone who wants to see it.

I might give it a go since Hawaii 5-O is still in repeats. I'm probably not going to like it simply because of all the kids in it, like DarthIndy says.

I'm going to give it a watch. My only problem so far is that the action sequences appear too much like the other two aforementioned disasters, Terra Nova and Falling Skies. I'll give it a shot tonight though, and see if I can hang in there for a week or two.

So......is anyone still watching this? I only watched the pilot but intend on catching up online if you all think it's worth while.

I like it a lot. Fun action. Nothing too sophisticated. Last episode has you on edge to see who dies( per the preview),

I'm watching it and I think it's pretty good for what it is. Does remind me a lot of LOST with the flashbacks.
