Just finished this episode. The nail Neville had seemed a little too convenient. The first thought that crossed my mind after he escaped was his son dropped it there for him. But upon further review, I don't think so.

The nail was there before his son was there. How is someone going to miss a nail like that on the concrete floor? It would have been more believable if the nail had fallen down from the rafters where no one could see it to the floor in front of him when no other people were around. However, the nail was clearly there when other people were there, so..

He is a guy I love to hate, so hope he stays around for some time...this show needs better bad guys - Monroe is a little doofy for my tastes. Hope the former DoD guy takes over as main villain - he's good

^^ Did you not read my last sentence? *eyeroll*

Well, he could have planted it before his father even got there, but someone should have noticed. He could have placed it in a hidden drop device in the rafters to drop down at just the right time, but that would be complicated. I suppose a wire or fishing line and pulley system with a trap door for the nail, but perhaps a key would have worked a lot better?

I think there are 20 episodes in this season,so after tonight's episode there should be 3 left.
Tonight Charlie get's freaky with Jason!

I'm glad this show is coming back next year. I really enjoy the subject matter and for the most part the episodes are pretty good. I know it won't be for a while but I am curious to see all hell break loose when the lights do come back on.

:exactly: :goodpost:

I enjoyed how Tom Neville got punked by Miles at the end of the last episode. :lol

"I'm sure President Foster cares about wins" :D

Great episode last night.
Monroe's captain was right about him.
He's going to be alone in the end.
Also very misleading promo with Charlie and Jason.
Thought they were going to get freaky, they only kissed.

I 'm liking this show. Gotta wonder though if anyone is going to be surprised by the oh so obvious reveal that is surely coming by season's end. I'm so sure of it I'll be shocked if it doesn't happen.

Who is the actor playing Elizabeth Mitchell (Rachel Mathesons) father ?
He looks like the guy who was on 7th Heaven.
Is it him?
