Another little custom I've been tinkering away on. I loved the Indy sculpt when I first saw it, I still love those pictures of the prototype figure. But to me I wasn't happy when I found out that the neck was going to be removed for the launch of the prometheus body. ( I think it is an underrated body and will come into its own very soon)

So once I had my Indy in my hands I set about adding the neck I wanted to my figures' head. And here he is. I've made the neck the same diameter to fit a dragon body ( which it is pictured on) a Sideshow buck body , which was my first choice and also a Hot Toys body. I've tried to keep it close to the original in shape but decided to change the hair a little to make it look different as I was going to be shaping the hair at the back anyway. This little fella is going to be introduced to some silicone at some point over the next week or so.( Then I can have fun trying to paint him up ! :lol )

I'm interested to hear what you think ? If there are any additions or changes you think I should make , I'd be happy to hear from you. Please excuse the pictures, I'm not much of a photographer ! The sculpt looks far better in person.

Forgot to add, the good thing about this sculpt having the head means that I can sculpt some hair onto the top, shave his stubble down a little and voila ! I have a Bespin Han ! ( To keep consistency with my ANH Han )

Looks good. What material did you use?

I put my Indy on an Enterbay BL3 body to give him a neck and provide a less segmented arm for a TOD custom. It looks good, although a little scrawny.

Has anyone put an Indy head on a James Dean or Michael Jackson truetype? Ever since I saw Warrior's lean and mean Indy I keep wondering if Indy would look good on a lean Jackson body.

EDIT: Paul, can you post a picture of your ANH Han? I did a custom Han combining a hatless Indy with Sideshow's Han hair.

Thanks Captain Britain ! I used milliput for the neck . My ANH Han is just a stock Sideshow one, I don't have any issues with it other than the paintjob it came with. I really wanted the features of the character to be consistent.

I'd thought about the MJ body too, looking at it I feel it may be a little bit on the thin side but i'm happy to be proved wrong as I'd love some new bodies for both of my Hans and of course Indy .

Looks good. What you all are doing is really making me want to work on my Indy.

looking good so far ;)

As someone who's done this I can safely say it looks great when its all finished :D

Coming from the two Guys who inspired me to do this in the first place , thank you !

drjedisith, dwing and Mando , thanks Guys ! Your support is truly appreciated !

Thanks Ben ! Its going into the silicone this weekend, so hopefully in a few days I can show you what it looks like in one colour on a clothed body .

Good news ! Indy has been cast and he has come out quite well I think. I've seen it in person and I must admit I was wowed . I'm just waiting for some photos to come through from the caster so as soon as I have 'em I'll post 'em !

One interesting bit of info about this is that we have managed to cast it with the hole I drilled into the head for the neckpost . So that means that I only have to paint it and glue it on - no drilling required ! :D I've tried it on the prometheus body with a Hot Toys neckpost and it looks pretty good! The Sideshow Buck looks pretty good too as does a standard Dragon body. So now I'm spoiled for choice !

Thank you ! Believe me it looks great on a body ! I have a handful of these here for those wanting to swap their heads out. The spare fedora could now become useful ;)

awesome stuff.your caster has done a great job,can i ask what mats you use please looks good gear, thx
