I'm surprised no one else think that it's leaning a bit too much compared to the artwork, doesn't seem like the sculpted statue is a natural standing pose it would be quite hard to hold that ><

I don't complain about the poses Sideshow chooses very often; but I think Rey would've been better suited to be standing tall. There are lots of great PFs that just have the character standing with two feet on the ground, and not one leg elevated up -- even though it's rare for that to be the case these days. Two feet flat on the ground, her standing straight, staff in hand, pointing down would've been great. Even if the staff was on her back...just have her standing tall. The lean seems unnecessary just to get her leg elevated for whatever reason.

Also, there should be absolutely no lightsaber talk for this at all, as that'll just lead to disappointment for anyone hoping it may come true. I don't even know how that would pop into someone's head as a possible option for this statue. This is a PF of Rey before she even met Finn, let alone being anywhere close to Luke's saber. I could definitely see a swap out scavenger mask HS though.

I wouldn't be against her coming with a quarter portion though! :lol

Well to each their own but I like the pose. :peace

It's not a bad pose, it'd just be nice to have her standing straight up instead. But I mean, in the end, if they actually nail the paints and it comes out looking like Ridley, I don't really care if she's riding BB-8 down a sand dune, I'll order. :lol

The sculpt looks nice, but Sideshow just can't seem to paint their pieces well, unlike other companies such as Iron Studios. Tired of the sloppy work on PFs...

I think they've improved on the PF paint applications since the days of ANH Han but certainly there have been some misses. I do think the Tarkin is a pretty good paint app on a human sculpt and that is probably the most recent Star Wars human PF they've done. If they can nail this, it'll be incredible!

Well the concept artwork looked fine, the statue just seems to be leaning to her right ><

I have tried really hard not to get into Star Wars PFs but if this looks good, it is a must have for me...of course price could deter me if they charge like $700:lol

Can't wait to see how this turns out, but will definitely wait for in-hand final product photos before doing anything, given how some of Sideshow's real-person portraits turn out...

Yeah, someone posted these pics of an in-hand Chris Evans Captain America. I mean, this is a few months off...but, yeah, hopefully it doesn't turn out anything close to this. It'd be so disappointing. I think this is actually the only statue I'd want of an actual character/actor, so I really hope they nail it.
