Very nice! Is the center for Sauron?
Just got the DROM pf and it does look great in person.
However, on mine, the back right foot does not set into the base and just hovers slightly above the base. The right hoof is not even touching the base. The left foot sits flush into the base though so all the weight of the statue rests on the left foot.
Also, the tail does not sit flush into the statue and a gap is visible. The tail feels loose on the statue. However the cloth covers this so it is not obvious when displayed.
Is this the norm with this statue or should I get a replacement?

really really appreciate if someone can take a pic of the sword before assembling.
I had the same issue with mine. I didn't notice that there was a metal peg in each foot at first. The right foot has the big peg while the left foot has a smaller one. I could get the big peg in but had a hard time getting the smaller one to align. It took me a while but I finally got it.
And the tail?
Hemooo - I'm going to make an assembly vid since as far as I can see we don't have one.
My DR is due in a few hours.
After spending some quality time with this guy all I can say is pictures just do not do it justice and really can't show just how massive it is. The presence this thing gives off when you enter the room is crazy.
This is hands down my favorite PF I own.
