The seam that I'm taking about should be just a little bit below the wire part of the hood that you use to shape the hood.

I'm sure you never played with barbies or anything but the small black snap button is the type that was on barbies clothes.

I put the SSW Witch-King Crown on em...looks good...add a couple of Armour Shoulder Pads some touch up,etc,etc...he's good to go...It wont take much effort to make him The Witch-King of Angmar

Your welcome. The DR's base is about 13.5 inches in diameter while the ML's base is about 12 inches so it's not that much bigger.

My tail seats nicely on the base but there is a BIG gap between tail and Horse's butt

That Wiki helm on the rider will definitely make it stand out, for sure! I assume the helm doesn't weigh down the head that much? I wouldn't want to snap that contraption that keeps the hood up.

here is the piece of cloth i received with my rider. in this piece of cloth there is no button or pocket.

Speaking of this cloth, how did you guys lay out this piece, as there are hems on what appears to be sleeves but I'm not sure how they should be draped!

I feel that even after explaining it (stumbling through it) you'll have to see how it works for yourself to get a real grasp. I'm a little quiet at the start - I didn't want the other Dark Rider....I mean my wife...waking up. It gets louder a minute in.
