Anybody catch that last week? It seems like a typical CW teen show just with Archie characters... and it pretty much is that . But it's enjoyable. Everyone did a good job, the characters were enjoyable, the tone was balanced, and in general it was an enjoyable TV-Hour. I'd give it a watch, it's not as bad as it looked in the promos and pics.

He got shot in one of the continuities (think Marvel & Ultimate Marvel back in the early 2000s). The current books have been rebooted, and they're more modern. There was also a great horror title (Afterlife with Archie), but it's been put on hold. Anyway, the show takes inspiration from the current book, but it's a murder mystery, instead of the typical Archie stories from the comic.

PS; There was also an Archie vs Predator comic, which came out last year or so. It was drawn in the classic Archie style but... it was very, very violent indeed. The Pred was taking out spines and putting them in candy machines...

Yup...there's also a Archie vs. Punisher crossover too

Yup. It came out either in 2015 or 2016.

Still on Ep.4 but goodness gracious, do I hate Betty's mom. Seriously, she's one of the most annoying characters on TV. Skyler and Betty Draper have nothing on her. Cheryl's a **** as well, but she's messed-up and hawt, so I can look past it (plus, character arc and all).

Generally, it's better than I expected. It's not as "CW-y" as I thought.
