do some research and watch those reviewers. here is an example. from Ebert and Roeper. that Roeper guy gave the first lord of the rings movie a thumbs down, here is what he said. " its to long, there is to many characters that are being introduced, and you end up sitting in a theater for 3 hours and there is no ending, l say skip this movie". then Ebert is telling him well yea it has no ending because its a trilogy and will pick up were it left off, and he was to dumb to understand that. then another guy with Ebert, gave Carlitos Way a thumbs down and said Al Pacino and Brian De Palma do not make good movies together. trust me most movie reviewers are people who just like to _____ and give good movies bad ratings. oh and that is why you always see movie reviewers arguing with each other because one knows what hes talking about and the other is a dumb ass. there was a thread l just saw on here a few days ago about a movie reviewer who gave great movies thumbs down and crap movies a thumbs up. point of this story, never take the word of a movie reviewer. go see it for your self then judge it.

They do actually know quite a bit. The good news is that when they often snobily poopoo a movie, I can trust it'll be something I'll enjoy in most cases.

Anyway, it's gotten postitive buzz so far....but we'll see. I aint jumping up and down yet.

I didnt see the positiveness that much. I mean, there were a couple of people who said it rocks, but these arent really reviews.

And why the hell are those frog-eaters bashing the movie? 6.5 isnt good at all. How did they even get the movie?

Dude....press screenings. It's not uncommon.

And they cant write a whole review ready to publish in one day. They need a few days to get it all down.

So yeah, all they're going to say right now is "awesome".

This is the first US Press screening....so...

The thing is, awesome could also mean 6.5 stars. And bloodydisgusting said its "kinda awesome." So I cant see anything positive yet. Hoping to see soon though.

I don't have trust in ANY nationality. I'm dutch and i don't give a damn about my country. I trust individuals that are capable of critical thought. I'm not saying those reviewers have anything good to say, they could be morons but being french got nothing to do with it.
