If you're looking for a replica Auto-9, for your money you might be better off buying a KSC Auto-9 airsoft pistol. That is, if you can find one.

Anyways, now that I have a better camera, I realized I haven't taken any good macro shots of my HT Robocop yet. Plus, I was reading about the rampant rumors of a Robocop remake and started thinking "Man, it would be really cool to see a kick-a** teaser poster for it..."

So, I put two and two together and made a teaser poster and banner for a new Robocop movie using Photoshop, the HT figure, and an MGM logo (since they bought out Orion).

These are my own fan-made posters inspired by RUMORS of a remake.

And I have to agree with you on this issue, Dave. I would love to see a Robocop movie using modern technology, but not a remake. It would very likely be a CGI-overkill shadow of its former self. If they did anything with the franchise, I would want to see the suit design remain untouched, and a tone closer to the first film. Also, just pick up with the conclusion of the original and negate the sequels.

not meaning to resurrect an old thread (at least it's 2007) but my Robocop 1 converted from the waitlist...wonder if it's an error b/c I received an email a few months back that the waitlist was closed, etc. i guess something came back.

my ED is lonely and I've been waiting to get this Robo. I emailed them and inquired if the conversion was one of the ones with a damaged box, etc. that they had up a few months ago(at a slight discount) and asked if so, do I still get the discount since the box is damaged, etc. We'll see. Good part is this will pretty much close out my Robocop collection....ED and Robo.

Yeah thats true, I just wish we could also see a Clarence Boddicker, Bob Morton, Dick Jones. I would pick all those up in a heartbest but I would assume Hot Toys will only produce what they think is a guaranteed sell. Robo and ED-209 are obviously a must for collectors. I don't have the ED yet but will definetely get it one day!

luckily i found him(although it is the battle damaged one but still rocks!) on Dark Shadow for $100.....$105 after shipping.

stop giving them ideas, i said my Robocop collection is CLOSED..........and I would have to buy those if they made them.
