I'll never forget the C-3PO boner card as a kid. I don't think it was blue though, it was like red bordered or something.

Think that was the orange border series

I remember those blue border Topps Star Wars cards were (I think) the first thing I ever started collecting. I would stare at those cards and relive the movie. That's the best we could do in the 70's.

Still have them, somewhere.

I was too young to get seriously into the cards for Star Wars -- had the toys and remember staring at the photos on the LP sleeve, the card-backs, and maybe some promotional photos in magazines. But my friends and I had quite the ESB card collection back in the day. I remember those being a big deal.

I am pretty sure that is Jek Porkins in the one card showing the pilots running.

The helmet insignia matches his, he has a beard and is a bit overweight.

Very cool images.

That's a pretty clean helmet for having been in battle.

Thanks to the specialised Armour Maintenance Troopers. They go around the battlefield making sure the Imperial image is pristine at all times.
