watched the 3D blu of TFA last night, it really does make it a better movie, is Rogue in 3D? I presume so but its been low profile in the marketing.

I was in a sold out large theater for Doctor Strange and Rogue trailer played in 3D.

Dead silence, not one clap or hoot.

Every TFA trailer I was at got a loud reaction.

Yikes.

I'm really curious how this movie is going to go down with the average cinema going audience.
It's ****ing Star Wars yet there seems to be very little hype or excitement for it.

The build up for TFA was fantastic like you mentioned. It could be SW fatigue but I still think there is a huge interest in episode VIII?
Just not this.

Well made 3D, even in small doses, does a lot.
I still remember how cool was 3D in Zemeckis' "Beowulf".

Im still pissed they cancelled the scheduled release of the SW 3D Movies.

Same thing happened with my theater rogue one trailer got like one or two woots, but you know it will sell out just because star wars. Episode VIII on the other hand next year
