Where are you hearing this? I was really hoping December. It was originally scheduled for Oct.

this was such a no brainer, if hot toys put this out it would be selling for $275+...for the workmanship it is priced more than fair,,just my opinion,,,,thing is, he didnt sell out real fast..started slow then picked up fast when people saw dealers stock going down and not being replenished,,anybody know the approx. amount were made?

ACI said limited to just 1500 pieces.

Over on the OSW board some guys supplier in the US said he wont have any until then.

My own supplier confirmed it as Jan/Feb 2013 as well.

what are you talking about? DX Jack Sparrow, Tron Legacy lightcycle, Babydoll, and Jake Sully to name a few were all delayed more than 4 months

Just as long as ACI actually gets it delivered then I won't mind.
If and when they decide to do Maximus as a gladiator, I'll get that one too
