How did he destroy MSNBC? They were completely disrespectful to him, but I fail to see how he destroyed them?

Yeah I Seriously don't get the hype this video is getting. I see nothing but a really annoying show and Russell Brand making fun of the woman in blue and being loud.
I don't see what the big deal is. I don't see how this is great or anything.

'Destroyed' is too strong a word, but his telling the hosts that they were rude, disrespectful hacks was done with grace and charm. He completely showed them up in a way that left his reputation enhanced and theirs diminished. It looked easy, but put in the same situation I'm not sure how many others could have done the same. Never knew much about the guy before now, but his performance left a good impression on me.

Wow. Well said Lejuan. Couldn't have said it better myself.

Long story short.

Russel brand and jonathan ross left a series of messages on andrew sachs' answer phone for their radio show.
Andrew sachs is a well loved actor who played the spanish waiter in fawlty towers opposite john cleese, one of the best british comedies ever from the 70's.
He is like royalty and considered an icon.

Anyway the media got hold of the story and blew it out of all proportion and heads did roll.
I have never heard the offending brodcast untill tonight and to be honest it was amusing and quite offensive but not worthy of such media attention.
In fact if the media had'nt made such a big deal then the whole thing would have been forgotten already as no complaints were logged untill the papers ran the stories and the middle classes became outraged.

Check it out for yourself
