That's awesome. $32 is a steal then since it comes with an extra head, stand, and all the other accessories. I may buy another of him. Maybe 2.

Right. Looser joints, and paint apps aren't as great as the original but to me they are still worth getting. Especially if you don't have the money for some of the official stuff that's over 200 now. I like them though. And since they're cheaper knock offs I can customize them and not feel as bad lol

Ah, I gotcha. I imagine that Datong will include it also. At least I hope so. I couldn't find any reviews of it online to find out so hopefully someone on here gets there's soon if I don't get mine before then.

Well he comes with the energy blast so it pretty much has to cone with one, dont hold your breath though it will be brittle

With Datong Vegeta, it is now possible to recreate as he appears in the Namek Saga with no worries, more specifically "battle-damaged" Vegeta during & after his epic fight with Recoome. Our "real" Scouter Vegetas can remain untouched

Yeah it's to make my own ground, make hills, and rocks. Foam is kinda expensive for some reason also so I'll be taking my time making this dio. Can't wait until it's done though. But I definitely would love a foam cutter. And I can't wait to see your dio bud!

There are some more Datong Scouter Vegeta's on ebay from the same guy for $32. Just picked one up. Can't wait to get him in. Noticed that Datong SS Vegeta is starting to make his way up in price also. Sucks as I need one more body. Hopefully he doesn't skyrocket the next couple weeks

Yeah, it'll most likely take me the rest of the year to finish this display. I'm a horrible procrastinator, ha. Can't wait to see yours, either!

I bought two from one person and then I just bought another one from somebody else. 1x for extra display, 1x for Datong Super Saiyan Vegeta body, 1x for custom. I may have went over board but I had some extra money from a listing I got out bid on.

I wonder if the Datong Scouter Vegeta comes with the figuarts stand? From the pics it kinda seems like it does. Did the original tamashi figure come with one?

I still really, really hope Bandai wakes up and re-releases Trunks and/or Gohan before Datong bootlegs them.

By the way, those of you who collect the other Figuarts stuff - Power Rangers, Kamen Rider (ugh), Sailor Moon, etc. Have you seen Datong bootlegging any of the other figures?

Isn't Da Tong some sort of alias for those who make the Myth Cloth knock out also called "LC Models" I thought so since in LC Models page they were selling the Vegeta SS and trunks head

If the stand is that bad that's what super glue is for lol worked for the hips in my Datong SS Vegeta's. They would just slide down and dangle there if they were put in a flight position. Drove me nuts. But I would love if they did a rerelease of Trunks and Gohan. I asked them on facebook with no response. Which doesn't surprise me.

Which they'll never do. They, and quite a few collectors, don't believe they should go against their word. I just can't wrap my head around the philosophy of "better for a few than the majority" when demand is this ridiculous.

I honestly have no problem supporting Datong. I hope the profit they make goes towards more productions.

Dragon Ball Figures has one. They're pretty strict when it comes to posting anything Datong/Jacksdo related. I accidentally started a forum wide argument (in a regular S.H. Figuarts forum) where the moderator had to close it and delete 75 posts.

Bingo. How did you super glue Vegeta's hips? I've heard floor polish works pretty well, too.
