lol don't worry, we're just eagerly awaiting the release of Artificial Human #16. When he drops this thread will have gained at least 10 pages in a day or 2

in the meantime, check out this exclusive clip from the upcoming movie Revival of Freeza

I've been reading here for about a year now and i've never seen so little posts on this thread:rotfl ive been away for three days and there was only one new page! Usually if i even miss ONE day there are like two or three pages!? Like bruh...what happened

be glad that they're not repeating any discussions for the billionth time :lol

the most overwhelming period is always around sdcc. not just here but in the forum overall

I have a small question: are many of you guys bummed out about Vegito's hair signalling a return to manga releases as the standard? Not really sure where the majority consensus lies here, I still prefer the shaded hair (notwithstanding goku's was overdone), but I have the feeling it won't come back, Vegito is bland like manga Goku isn't he?

It's not like either of it is actually anime accurate, but I just like the style of the shaded hair, it adds a sort of lively flowing/glowing aspect to it.

Do any of you agree or are y'all fine with the single yellow shade Vegito seems to have from now on? I guess shaded repaint SDCC EX's are now the most expected thing right?

I think for me it depends on the character. In Vegito's case either is fine for me. I like trunks' and vegetas as hair the best though. The more I look at sdcc gokus hair the more it sticks out in my collection. Ss3 Goku's hair is OK but it looks a little too glossy.

Truthfully I like shading in hair because I feel that it gives the sculpt more depth, but I don't mind it being a solid yellow. It does annoy me a little that over all the colors of the manga releases are not as vivid as SDCC repaints. I get why, but it just bothers me. In a perfect world I would want everything to be anime colors. Although I don't own a SDCC SSJ Goku, from pictures I feel like the shading is a bit much, but it looks to add to the overall effect of the figure.

Just got my "Earth" dragonballs in the mail to go with my "Namek" dragonballs. These are the most accurate we'll ever get for these scale. Paid $20 shipped for the Earth ones but now they're $30 plus on eBay. I could have once paid a mear $7 for them but waited too long, couldn't wait any longer tho.

I'm more accustomed to the way it looks at the moment but I hope we don't see it continued, especially with Majin Vegeta. The problem I have is that they could have easily added shading to it similar to Super Saiyan Goku's photos.

That shading on Vegito's hair would have made the striations pop out in such a beautiful way.

Lively flowing/glowing aspect should rarely be used. It's great to show them powering up but I would rather have simple shading due to light for most of them. Vegito included.

Potential Resurrection of Frieza spoilers...

Starts with flashbacks to Freeza getting beaten by Goku and Trunks
With Freeza down, his army is in shambles. So to reorganize, Sorbet (former staff officer of the third stellar region) takes control of the army for the time being. He heads for Earth together with Tagoma, a warrior on par with the likes of Zarbon and Dodoria.
They coerce the Dragon Balls from Pilaf and co., summon Shenlong, and wish to revive Freeza.
Freeza: “I won’t be satisfied until I’ve killed the two Super Saiyans who did this to me.”
Tagoma says something he shouldn’t, and gets killed for it.
Sorbet: “Son Goku has become strong enough to defeat Majin Buu.”
Freeza: “That’s more than I imagined. But I’m a prodigy, so if I bring out all of my dormant power through training, I’ll crush even the Saiyans in the blink of an eye.”
The evilest revenge begins. End chapter one.

Watching thru all these video reviews of the Datong bootlegs, I had to laugh and point this out. Nobody is saying Datong right.
