All i know is that July and August is going to nuke my wallet! Just realised Frieza, the Sdcc exclusive AND the green and red power ranger figuarts are all coming out about then, I dont know wherher to be happy or crying lol

So glad I was able to get all the releases at retail when they first came out. I did take a hit getting SDCC Goku at 150$

Is there going to be a major difference between the SDCC Goku and the rerelease other than a SDCC sticker on the box?

The rerelease is the original manga coloured one, with the plain yellow hair and washed out outfit, the SDCC version was based on the anime, with the two tone hair (like all saiyans have now) and the darker orange outfit and purple sash.

The difference in colours between both Goku and Gohans SDCC versions was what lead alot to believe that Piccolo was the next SDCC exclusive, as Piccolos figure has orange muscles, a red sash and washed out outfit, whereas in the anime he had pink muscles, a blue sash and dark purple outfit.

While I kinda agree, there are issues with the original that I dislike; The originals flat hair makes him stand out from Vegeta and trunks, and the legs on the original were so stiff and brittle from the type of plastic used that they snapped quite easily. I had to put cooking oil on the joints to loosen them up!

Hopefully the leg issue has been resolved in the rerelease though.

Ok, I didnt know about the joint issues. So the new Goku it is for me.
I love the SDCC Gohan, thats the one I have.

Who do you think this years SDCC exclusive will be?

Well if they arent doing piccolo there are no more repaints they can do (unless they do wrong colours saiyan saga vegeta), but my guess would be maybe just a limited first run of Nappa, or maybe even regular Goku if we are lucky (maybe theres a reason we havent heard about him for ages )

I got lucky with SDCC Goku and actually got him at retail just before he shot up, and up until now I have all of them, although i would like another Piccolo to display with and without cape (got two SDCC Gohans and the orginal so i can display all possible forms lol)

I am a bit of a completionist, but my wallet really will suffer this year!

Im ok with their price point. Its not over the top like Sideshow or Hot Toys. At the same time, it is a much smaller scale. Im hoping that ine of the figures shown at SDCC/ToyFair is the exclusive this year. Android 18, Nappa, Krillin, and Regular Goku should be on display with release dates and prices. Fingers crossed on a few new faces. Be it protos or announced view panel or Q&A. I'll have my google search doing overtime in July. The drought of news, and reading into rumors is killing me. Needz me sum news!

Amazon ship them internationally. At least to asia, have you tried? Its $40 and shipping is $12-15.

Interesting, never tried that since last few things I looked at weren't available for international. Still ends up being twice as much after shipping and customs estimate I'll keep it in mind as it is still a tad cheaper than ebay!

How dothey calculate tax in UK?

In my country theres no tax for item $50USD and below.
