I've read reports that the series takes place between Buu Saga and Battle of Gods. Anybody else read that?

I got some of the Kotobukiya statues based on the Justice League New 52 and a few posters. Finished off my New 52 figures too so that was exciting. Bluefin had sooooooo many 16s left lol I think the coolest display was the Super Mario line. Made me want to buy a Mario and Luigi

Very cool. Which ones did you get? They have the whole line up, right? Which posters? Yeah, it's always exciting either getting up to date or finishing a collection. The Mario display was pretty cool. Bluefin had a lot of stuff that I was tempted to buy. I'm tempted to buy the Aliens/Predators, Gundam, and Megaman.

Man yeah an older Trunks I hope for, and yeah guess maybe it won't be just set on earth? With them 12 universes n gods n ****.

Edited: So with that, I wonder if they're going to take place before Battle of Gods, between, or after Resurrection of F.

think it was said it's gonna take place after Resurrection Freezer. which would make the most sense, since the "son goku and friends return" special takes place a few months after Buu's defeat, then BoG a year or 2 after that, etc.

I suppose there will be an accompanying manga to go along with the series. Also, new series+new characters=more figuarts. This is gonna be a long ride..

You're right. Fuji TV producer Osamu Nozaki said “An enemy even stronger than Buu or Freeza may appear…”

So I would assume they wouldn't mention Frieza unless it took place after.

I've never been interested in ordering from BBTS. I don't have anything against them but I've had great experience with Amazon, Toyz in the Box, Ageless Geeks, and Nippon.

I tried Anime Island two weeks ago. I bought 16 which at the time was $61.99 (free shipping) at Amazon. It was about $55 at AI which seemed to be the better route. After shipping the total came out to $63 and if I remember correctly it took about five days to ship (then a few more days to get to me), and I made a point to wait a few days after it had been listed as "in stock". not sure if I'd recommend them.

I wouldn't. If you try to cancel, they'll keep the shipping charges. They're scammers.

BBTS is usually overpriced and they don't offer free shipping like TITB. I didn't know that they get stuff later than TITB though. Yet another reason not to buy from them.

I don't understand the hate for BBTS, I really don't. You're guaranteed to not get crushed boxes, no down payments, their CS is excellent

I highly recommend Toyz in the Box. I've been buying my toys from them since last year and never did they let me down.

One time I pre-ordered a Revoltech Lupin from them and of course I paid full price right away. Later on, they lowered their selling price of Lupin. You know what they did? They automatically gave me a refund of the excess payment that I made and I didn't even know about the decreased price of Lupin! I was just surprised to get an email that they returned a few dollars to me because they lowered Lupin's price.

Toyz in the Box really has great customer service, great prices, and free shipping in the USA. They're my favorite online toy shop. I just pre-ordered Ultimate Gohan from them as well
